Digital Spark Consulting Services
PontSys provides strategic consulting services exclusively through Digital Spark sessions. These services include analysis, recommendations, strategic guidance, and two deliverables: an orientation note with Go/No-Go recommendation and the ROC Prompting Guide (PDF). PontSys does not execute development work, implementation, or technical execution unless explicitly contracted separately in writing.
All information shared during Digital Spark sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. A signed NDA is provided by default for all consulting engagements to ensure complete protection of client information.
Data Retention
Personal data collected through our services is retained for a maximum of 24 months as required by Quebec Law 25 and business operations. Data is securely deleted after this period unless legal obligations require longer retention.
